Willamette Valley Viognier

Light, crisp and acidic. Short finish, not crazy complex but just really nice to drink. Probably would be great with cheese or fattier foods.

Dry, mineral, medium bodied. Orange, honey suckle. Very well made. Great acidity.

Ripe stone fruit, lots of apple, florals—viscous textured and round, but some acidity early on palate.

Loads of stone fruit, right to the point maybe off-dry? Full bodied but with great acidic lift and only 12.5% alc. Flavorful without being exhausting, refreshing without being racy or steely.

Surprise of the day. Fat like Viognier? Nope. Boozy? Nope: 12.5%. And acidity I expect from that part of the valley. Naturally I bought some for the restaurant.

Great with salmon

Florals, white peaches, entirely fresh, and lively. A very nice fruit forward Viognier.

Pale white in color. Lemon and camomile in nose. Linalool, white peach, and melon in mouth with a candied lemon finish. With time, melon flavor changes to lychee. A fine summer wine, fruity yet dry.

Incredible balance! Honeysuckle, white peach, nectarine, and candied orange peel. Great acidity. Dry, with a long fruity finish. Are you kidding me for $17?!?

Textbook for me, with a great balance of fruit, purity, and mouthfeel. Way more wine than the price would suggest. Loved it!
