Pale lemon with medium+ intensity aromas of stone, tropical and citrus fruits with vanilla oak, spice and bread notes. On the palate ripe apple, pear, melon, creamy lemon fruit flavors with notes of wet stone and warm vanilla oak, medium+ balance with vivid acidity. Long finish ending with nutty oak, baking spice and mineral notes. Very Good but can get better with some bottle age.

Elegant, and lifted, lemon oil, white flowers and almond. But oak just slaps you in the face.

Had this at Batard in Tribeca last night.. a very interesting wine. Had a smoky, flinty reductive character (reminded me a bit of Dag Selix) but with a rich mouth texture. Finish was long. Very enjoyable.
