Pale yellow color, aromas of citrus, tropical and white flesh fruit with floral herb notes. On the palate flavors of pear and peach flavors with lemon citrus zest and earthy notes on a balanced structure with lively fresh acidity. The finish was pleasant, medium+ in length, ending with fruit and herb citrus mineral notes. Nice!

Fairly lean low concentration hints of Maui Pineapple fresh lemon
Mar 2nd, 2016100% Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire valley. This winery uses the same old methods of wine making as they did, hundreds of years ago . After fermentation, the wine is not filtered which gives out a great deal of minerality, both on aroma and taste.
Light yellow with a faint green hue.
Not much on the nose, but minerals and lemon.
Bitter on the attack with lime ,zesty grapefruit and minerals with lots of acidity.
Long, crisp and bitter finish.
This is just too bitter for me.
13% alcohol by volume .
