This is my first sparkling Rosé from South Africa.

Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and big bubbles.

Dry on the palate with light strawberries, citrus, limes, yeast, grapefruits, bitter herbs, vegetables, earth and bread.

Showing nice complexity with a Stinky nose.

This vintage bubbly is still young and needs 5 years in the bottle to mature.

11.5% alcohol by volume.
