This is my first sparkling Rosé from South Africa.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and big bubbles.
Dry on the palate with light strawberries, citrus, limes, yeast, grapefruits, bitter herbs, vegetables, earth and bread.
Showing nice complexity with a Stinky nose.
This vintage bubbly is still young and needs 5 years in the bottle to mature.
11.5% alcohol by volume.

Um amável amargo. Para carne vermelha talvez não seja a melhor opção, porém para frutos do mar, como por exemplo uma lagosta, pelo qual é uma carne “doce”, seja uma boa opção
