Nose is intensely mineral. Quiet a bit. Floral, herbal. Shy. Palate is closed, but powerful, dense and concentrated. Barely any fruit. So clean.

This is a wonderful wine. The rich mouthfeel gives way to a bright and long mineral finish. An immensely flexible wine. This will match with your hard-to-match dishes, like salads with assertive dressings.
