Alsatian praise worthy in terms of structure & acid backbone. Would love to taste blind. White stone fruits w some quince, lemon rind on back end. Held its own in thxgvng feast w turkey

Aromas of key lime, granny smith apple, and baking spices on this unctuous nose. Semi-sweet on the palate with pear, granny smith and those baking spices appearing again. Really good energy and balance on the wine with 40+ seconds of length. Hang on to this one at least another 7-8 years if you can.

Easily stacks up to Mosel Riesling. Zippy with ripe Meyer lemon and decent minerality. Just the right amount of dryness. Would absolutely devour this with a cheese plate.
