Excellent #valuewine from #spain! This is #garnatxa, with salted chocolate cherries & a lovingly fresh finish.

Purple and jammy. Not my kinda grenache. Then again, most aren't...

스페인 카탈루냐 지방의 100% 그리나슈 와인으로, 80년 된 포도나무 열매로 만든 와인이라고 한다. 피노누아와 같은 맑은 루비 빛깔 때문에 첫인상에는 무척 가벼울 것 같았지만 마셔보면 또 나름대로의 바디감이 있는, 미디움 바디의 레드와인이다. 꽃향기와 과실향을 맡다가 입에 머금으면 먼저 달콤함이 밀려들어온다. 포도 과실의 것과 같은 달콤함을 가진 와인은 오랜만에 마셔보는 듯. 산미도, 탄닌감도 강하지 않다. 아주 아주 아주 무난한, 데일리 와인으로 딱인 와인!

보랏빛보다는 맑은 붉은빛이 도는 스패니쉬 가르나챠 100% 와인. 도수는 13.8도로 높지 않고 향기는 밝은 색과 달리 흔들었을때는 블루/블랙베리 계열의 향이 나를 반겨준다. 한모금 머금고 있으면 장미같은 꽃향기가 밀려들고 그동안 먹어본 와인보다 상대적으로 낮은 산미와 타닌이 다가가기 쉽게 해준다. 미디움 내지는 라이트 바디감으로 가볍게 마시기 좋으며 과거 몽리에서 마셨던 피노누아 보다 낫게 느껴진다.
