12.5% alc. Bottle no. 341/600.

This was intended to be shared with my tasting group (all Burg freaks) in Copenhagen in 6 weeks but let's just say that something happened today and they'll now be missing out.
If you still haven't seen or tasted the greatness of German Pinot's please DO NOT start with this (😜) because there's not much to share and I have enough troubles sourcing some of the precious few bottles that makes it to US.

A great wine!!!

Blackberry nose. Relative dark seems lighter than the Köpfle. Less interesting wine compared to the Köpfle and closer in taste to the Ziereisen(s). Blackberry, tealeaves VERY good but not a standout in the top leagues from BADEN aka the Gran Crus from Enderle and Moll.

More approachable than the Kanzel right now, deserves as much praise and time to improve.

Crazy good. Massive perfume and then such elegance in the palate.

Aromatics off the chart. Great combo of new and old world. Much more integrated than 1st bottle.

I see potential, but this bottle was a little B.O.-type funky. I hope my other bottle drinks better.
