Medium golden yellow with light bubbles. Can sense some of the oak on the nose with marzipan, almonds and apples. Medium acidity (6.5/10) and medium bodied. Nice amount of fruits on the palate with some green apples and citrus. As well as some minerality in the medium plus finish. Drink till 2022.
Made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay all from Grand Cru vineyards in Äy. Aged for a minimum of 3 years on the lees and concrete vinified. Some Reserve (older vintages) comes from oak barrels.
