Golden yellow, creamy texture from lees aging and skin contact, lemon curd and grapefruit, apricot, oyster shell and smoke. Plenty of heft and power, could develop more

Richer than expected, a mouthful of lemon and lots of citrus. Need more.

The one that made me fall for assyrtiko, as good as I remember. Acid, fruit and minerality for days! Organic. Indigenous yeast. 8 mos on lees in tank. More, please.

Medium gold color. Nose of wax, brown sugar, flowers. On the palate there is not much acidity, flavors of oxidized apples, exotic fruit, flowers, wax, and butter. Shows some evolution but in the same time great depth. A wine to pair with a meal instead of taking it by itself? Very good (89)

Made of Assyrtiko and aged 6 months in stainless tanks. Alcohol level of 14,5%

2012 vintage. Bit ripe and peachy. Oxidation notes. Bit good acidity and lots of minerality - wet rocks in abundance. Medium finish.

Loved this wine. Smokey spice, ripe quince and stone fruit. Round and full in the mouth, leading to a firm saline finish.
