Way too young/too fresh but quite tasty - so light in color it’s almost a rose - cherries the overriding flavor on nose and palate. No acidity and pleasingly quaffable. I think best of the fresh Beauj releases I’ve tried

Unreal nose on this. Field of flowers. Raspberries, cherries. Pleasant purple.

Dec 31st, 2025Pale purple in color; violets, hibiscus, and pomegranates on the nose; tastes like raspberries, candied cherries, and wet slate with a long finish.
