Pale pink salmon color. Bruised grapefruit skin aromas. A little pear. Tart black cherries, green strawberry, light acid but cleansing.

Juicy!! Love the color too. This is a very nice sparkling. Enough to make me sparkle! They're in New Mexico too.

Strawberry pie

Tasted alongside 5 French champagnes. Stood out as the clear New World bubbly. Fruit forward without much complexity but nice acid/sweet balance and great expression of pinot fruit. Good price for performance

So great! Some apple or ripe pear on the nose. Tastes like champagne from France but it’s from NM.

Always nice mimosas with Gruet.
