Such a solid wine from a winery that never lets you down. The Brut is a brilliant and vibrant bubbly that smells of perfectly toasted bread, a touch of cream, lemon peel, and green apples. Wonderful bubbles with more lemon and apples, alongside toasted almonds. Wonderful mouthfeel and effervescence. Always seems more sophisticated than the price.

My in-laws go through about a case of this a month. Go-to sparkler that can’t be beat at $15/bottle. You’re not asking for the world with this, but for a New Mexico sparkling wine, this is pretty solid. Crisp apple, tart stone fruits, wafer cracker.

I rate it a little higher each time. Powerful bubbs, good balance of fruit, minerality, and yeast, very satisfying.
