Graziano Prà
Staforte Soave Classico Garganega
Nose has ripe yellow orchard fruit, straw, and stony gravel. Good flavor density in the mouth. The yellow fruit actually shows a note of pineapple. Alcohol and acids nicely balanced. Really nice with simply sautéed sole.

2017 it was alright. Solid and good acid for pairing.
