Crisp and vibrant. Great fruit set - tropical and citrus. Nice underlying minerality.

Great stuff. Citrus fruit, melon, hints of green notes and nice acid. Kicked butt with grilled prawns and octopus salad.

Lovely fresh Spring @Grassini Family Vineyards #sauvblanc with a citrus, fresh cut grass, hint of asparagus nose. Lemon-lime, green apple, & star fruit. Delicious, wished there was more! Paired with an Italian Pasta Freda.

Not the most complex wine, but super drinkable. I enjoyed this more than most Cali SB.

Light straw color in the glass. Floral and citrus notes on the nose. Definite minerality on the palette and finish. Refreshing!

#wbc14 @Grassiniwines Sauv Blanc 2013. Very Graves-like. Notes of jasmine, pear, melon, lemongrass, round and smooth. Only 13.5 alc! #wine #sommelier #santabarbara #happycanyon

16’ Grassini Sauvignon Blanc. Extraordinarily well balanced SB. Lemon zest, banana peel, apricot. The over abundance of acidity has subsided after six months. So drinkable with food or on it’s own. $28 dollars. Drinking at cellar temperature.

This is a beautiful representation of CA SB. Nice bright acid with tropical fruit notes.
