16’ Grassini Sauvignon Blanc. Extraordinarily well balanced SB. Lemon zest, banana peel, apricot. The over abundance of acidity has subsided after six months. So drinkable with food or on it’s own. $28 dollars. Drinking at cellar temperature.

Lovely fresh Spring @Grassini Family Vineyards #sauvblanc with a citrus, fresh cut grass, hint of asparagus nose. Lemon-lime, green apple, & star fruit. Delicious, wished there was more! Paired with an Italian Pasta Freda.
