I shouldn't have been surprised when I popped this bottle open that it turned out to be a good wine. The best Merlots I have every tasted have come from the Walla Walla WA area. This is no exception. — 4 years ago
Light straw color in the glass. Citrus on the nose and palate. Medium bodies with an acidic lingering finish. Maybe a bit unbalanced on the acidity side, but still enjoyable. — 4 years ago
This is a Zin, not a Chard. Very good inexpensive Zin from Trader Joe's. — 4 years ago
Light maroon in the glass. Medium body wine. Aromas of berry and plum on the nose. Earthy on the palate and finish. A smooth red with good minimal tannins. — 4 years ago
Deep Crimson in the glass. Nice medium body on the palate. Nicely balanced and a good wine with great value. I will buy this again. — 4 years ago
A good earthy smooth and berryful wine. A keeper with good value! — 4 years ago
I'm not used to such earthiness and high minerality in a Cab unless it's from Tuscany. Quite a dry wine with not a lot on the nose or palate. — 4 years ago
Pale yellow in the glass. Citrus on the nose and palate. Lingering acidic finish at the back of mouth. A little off balance as I would a bit more fruit in the palate and finish. Still would buy again. — 4 years ago
Light purple in the glass. Medium body on the palate. A bit earthy on the tip of the tongue along with some spice. A nice lingering and spicy finish. Detected some cherry on the palate and finish. The last of my case of wine I brought back with me from Tuscany. I'm surprised I held on to this for so long. This wine aged very nicely. — 4 years ago
