After 7 years in Barcelona and hundreds (thousands?) of bottles, this is my favorite cava

Delicious, almost too good for El Classico.

Vintage 2012 - good value! With some pear and melon in smell and shy acidity, great aperitive - at restaurant Pollevie, den Bosch

2011 Vintage

Yeasty, bruised apple, oxidation, walnut, toasty finish. Bright balanced acid.

Tasty

Best cava I've had. Great acid, bread dough, lemon/lime, peach and a great mouthfeel. Awesome stuff!
