Pale white, excellent clarity. Floral, some lemon in nose. Meyer lemon / lemon Pez flavor with length, with some floral in finish. Rounded mouthfeel, dry. Slight skin astringency in aftertaste; later, lactic character develops. Solid rendition of variety. Paired well with season premiere of Better Call Saul

A little bottle age goes a long way here. A classic beauty for a challenging variety. Seamless, and with finesse, subtlety and complexity. Prudent to drink now but who knows? Might hold well for years...?

Has the weight and viscosity of Viognier. Not as floral as I expected. Tasted a little more like Chenin then Viognier to me. Enjoyable but I wanted more.
