Light straw yellow with tropical citrus and grassy aromas, typical Sauv Blanc. On the palate crisp and tart tropical fruit flavors, very sour grapefruit and tart lemon. Finish has mineral tones, herb & grassy, with medium ending. Your average SB, nothing special, prior vintages were a bit better. Tasting Sample.

This is fabulous! Lemon zest, pineapple, passion fruit and mostly green apple. A mouth full of bang right here! My mouth waters for more! Happy Friday!!
