Had this about 3 years ago, tried a new batch. First released in 1985. A blend of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay, this Méthode Champenoise wine shows stone fruit aromas and toasty biscuit notes. The palate shows crisp Apple and juicy pear flavors, lively acidity, creamy mousse and good steady stream of tiny bubbles. The finish is medium and leaves some mineral and yeasty notes. Nice CA bubbly.

Pale golden yellow color with abundant tiny bubbles and yeasty, black cherry, green apple and citrus aromas. On the palate it's moderately creamy mousse, and baked apple, grapefruit and cinnamon flavors. Medium+ finish. Good value
