Apr 7th, 2015Not sure on vintage. Nicely positioned between Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. Crunchy bright red fruit, solid structure and tannin. Slightly short finish. More food versatile than a Pinot but far more accessible than Nebbiolo.

Jul 11th, 2014Langhe Freisa DOC 2012, 13%. Lovely ruby color, very clear. Herbaceous nose, with a bit of violet flower. Extreme acidity that "cuts your tongue" and very strong tannins. Will be better in time.
