Yes it’s big and mouth coating and raisiny and plummy and all the things you would associate with a wine made in this way, but it still manages not to fatigue the palate. It’s rich and complex rather than clunky or unwieldy. Developing some secondary leather bound books kind of stuff, and some cocoa and spice. Not an every night kind of thing but very nice with this lamb merguez pasta

Not as expansive as expected. Some candies cherry, sour patch kids taste and herbs. Pretty tasty.
