There’s a silky flavor growth on the palate that’s very appealing, and the wine is still very much alive, but this is slightly past its prime. Hints of nutty plums are starting to take control.

This was not safe with me. Cherry cola, raspberry, spice and licorice. Light and fresh and was tasty alone and better with chicken and rice and grilled meats.
