Bright red fruit, and some—If not all—of what you love about Nebbiolo

I really enjoyed this. Very light in color and weight, super easy drinking and pairs with most anything. Red fruits with light tannins (aged in stainless steel, and bottled in the spring following harvest) and a nice finish. Get this by the case! SS

The nose was wonderfully fresh with bright cherry, savory herbs, rosy florals, and crushed stone minerality. On the palate, I found juicy textures with vibrant tart cherry, saline-minerals and zesty spice. It finished fresh with saturating red fruits offset by brisk acidity and hints of spice. Yum!

Fun and enjoyable for young Nebbiolo - almost crowd pleasing. Bright, fruity, spicy, good acid and tangy without the sternness of the grape

This had people talking. Not what I expect from Nebbiolo. Very crispitty crunchy. Very good.

A little too much alcohol. But nose is nice - cherries, flowers. Good tannins. Perfect with steak.

昔、ずいぶん綺麗で良かったのだが、最後に飲んだのが、ボリューム感が強くなって、それ以来ご無沙汰。調べてみたら2018で、どちらかと言うと雨の多いしんどい年だったようなんだけど、なんでだろ…

まぁそれはともかく久しぶりに飲んだこちらは、初めて飲んだ時のいいイメージが帰ってきて、素晴らしい出来。
赤い花系の華やかさ、チャーミングな酸とタンニン、すごく良い感じにまとまっている。

プチバローロ ではなく、ランゲネッビオーロとしての独自性を有している。

ペアリング的には鰹ではなく、鰯のトマト煮にピッタリ。
多分、赤身の魚ではなく、青魚が良いんだと思う。
