Dense texture and weight. Tightly coiled fruit with volatile edge, youthful tannic grip, and a warm finish. Vibrant rose petal aromatics with fresh fall spice. Revisited over three day period. Day 3 finally showed some softening and knitting. This will really benefit from burying in your cellar for 10+ years.

Could see some age in the color right away. Showing colors of garnet, brick red and orange. This wine was moderately aromatic with notes of cherry, eucalyptus, mint and black licorice. Full bodied and a very long finish accompanied by red raspberry, spices and a hint of raisins.

Spicy nose, medium tannin, very dry, essence of cherries. I suspect greatness with age, but lovely in its youth.

Lovely body, nice acidity, dry black tea, cranberry/sour cherry. Needed to breathe for 2 hours, but worth the wait. Went well with my Tuscan ribollita.

Very nice. No time to decant - used an aerator. Definitely still young but was showing wonderfully towards the end of the bottle
