The 2022 Sibylle is a textural, tender Rosé that offers a gentle welcome. It fills the mouth with ripe, sweet fruit. The gentle acidity gives an impression of sweetness despite it being totally dry. Great for early drinking. (Rebecca Gibb MW, Vinous, August 2024)

Precise, mineral, finely etched and beginning to shed some primary notes in favor for a more salty profile.

Limpid orange-pink. Incisive, mineral-accented red berry, orange pith and floral aromas show bright clarity and spicy lift. Sharply delineated in the mouth, offering concentrated raspberry, cherry and tangerine flavors that deepen as the wine opens up. Concentrated yet lithe in character, finishing with strong, minerally tenacity and a lingering honeysuckle flourish. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, July 2021)

2021 Independence Day Party 🇺🇲 🥳 with several members of our Tastevin crew and extended friends.🍷 Proof that our palates are wider than Burgundy, outside of sanctioned events.🍾 Notes may be light, scores will be honest. 💯

I was hoping for a bit more out of this. Solid, but not special. At least not yet. I’ll hold the others to try next year.

Subtle but deep flavor, lots of fruit, strawberries, and also a bit of smokey/meaty flavor.
