Delicately off-White colour as hints of green, with hints of lime on the nose. Very much a gentle lime taste also! Perfectly nice for what it is but hardly complex / structured. Lime! Dry.

Nov 8th, 2015Excellent value for a terroir driven Riesling. Steely with dry depth and minerality. Strong acidity balanced with a subtle hint of residual sugar. Loved it with yellowfin crudo.
