Jun 7th, 2022One of my all time favs.
Salty rocks with rioenleomes, lemon zest and even more salt & rocks. After some time some green melon emerges in the background Salty.
Love the contrast between the creamy mouthfeel with the salty, sharp acidity with rocky minerality. Beautiful depth & length. A truly lovely wine, year int year out.

Pretty good verging on great. Liquid rocks and lemons. Long finish. Purchased from winery in 2022.

Jul 22nd, 2023I usually love this wine, but the 2021 was a disappointment. Just far too lemony in the finish and lacking any flavor in the attack. The usual yeasty cream and nose are not present. Perhaps this is a flawed bottle but this is not the Wild Ferment I have drank before.
