Nicely/balanced rosé that tastes like a light Sauvignon Blanc. Subtle floral notes with a zesty finish. Great wine for hors d’oeuvres, but probably pairs well with seafood dishes as well.

A creamy and citrusy nose, like a lemon cake. The palate is at first withheld, and then opens to lemony citrus flavors and a creamy finish, adding some body with a lingering flavor that ends with a slight mineral quality. It’s good, slightly sweet, probably good chilled, but we were stuck in a hotel room in Denver while Austin thawed, so it wasn’t bad.
