Sweeeeet!

Day 3 of quarantine

Jasmine, petro, lemon rind and orange blossom. M acid and body. Refreshing. M/m+ finish. A bit bitter in a good way.

Lovely Riesling with balanced acidity and RS. Apple, ginger, flowers, and lemon zest notes. Good length.

Little sweet but not overwhelming. Well balanced and easy to drink. A very good wine overall.

Racy! Delightful and beautifully crafted. Not an overly full mouthfeel—just delightful and refreshing. 11.5% alcohol. But numbers aside, yum.

I was expecting more. Surprisingly shallow sip.

Quite light straw . On the nose lightly floral , jasmine with some lemon and lime rind , and petrol hints. On the palate, bone dry , citrus fruits , touch of green apple , not bad length , light and refreshing acidity . Simple but pretty quaffable

Fruit filled glacier water with depth and a mineral finish. Pretty long for an ‘instappertje’
