very citric nose with a hint of wood. on the palate theres a lot of fruit with some pineapple and the slightest hint of passion fruit. very acidic but not off putting. pairing with muenster and havarti and the cheeses are bouncing the flavors off amazingly. let it breath a bit more than bam! vanilla hits me from behind
