A really fantastic Chardonnay with just the right amount of citrus.

Star bright pale straw. Inviting nose and medium light palate of yellow apple, white pepper, and citrus rind all with that hint of flint on the lingering finish. Medium plus acidity, natch. An affordable (despite the tariffs) entry point into the world of Chablis that will still satisfy the connoisseur. Enough austere fruit for a warm weather super, but enough “stuff” for the serious meal accompaniment it’s intended to be. Drink now though 2024 with seafood, light poultry, or salads.

Light straw with stone and tropical fruit aromas. On the palate crisp apple with lemon citrus notes. This medium-body wine was smooth and a mineral touch with overall good balance. The wine finishes with a savory touch on a mid-length ending. Consistent quality YoY. Nice! Tasting Sample.

Lovely lovely wine.. I visited this winery last week and fell in love with their wines only to remember I had a bottle sitting at home already. Nose is fresh and lively with bruises green apple, cream, and butter nuances. The palate is zingy with fresh acidity, hazelnuts, lemon zest, finishing with a beautifully saline-laden finish with a touch of minerality. A treat at only $20 for those that want a true expression of Chardonnay. If you want a real treat, try any of their 1er Cru or Grand Cru Chablis - the Cote de Leche in particular is delicious.

Vibrant and generous with peach, apricot and lemon fruit, with a floral/mineral finish.

Pale yellow in color; lemon zest, honeysuckle, and lemon grass on the nose; high acidity; tastes like lemons, starfruit, saline, and a hint of passion fruit with a long finish. Leo likes it, and I do too.

Had at a wine tasting. All I could taste and smell was butter, but others only detected some butter on the palate. Medium bodied. Didn’t really care for it.

Citrus, apple, light nose. Crisp finish. Noticeable acidity. Has a bite. Not for me.
