A 3 hour decant with a large surface area and then decanting back into the bottle is the best way I have found to drink this wine. Still needs about 5 years of cellaring though. #cannubi #barolo

Osso Buco and Barolo, perfect together!
The 2010 Cannubi is like a clenched fist, crazy tight but with decanting relented some. Wait another 3 years easy on this one, 5+ is ideal.

This Cannubi is very good. Compared to the Barbaresco we drank next to it power is the word. More prominent tannins but in a great spot for the moment.
