Lovely and lifted with florals, bergamont, orange rind, red currant and baking spices. Fine powdery tannins keeps all in check and paces the way for a lovely finish.

Incredibly floral nose. Tar, rose, lilac. Delicate mouthfeel with pronounced tannins and strong outline of acid. Raspberry jam. Fresh, well structured, excellent finish.

Dried roses, licorice, lavender, dried herbs, tannic grip, rustic and classy at the same time. Mineral. Dried cherries. Love. Amazing value.

This leathery, perfumed Barbaresco was quite the match for mushroom tortellini! An hour in the decanter was not enough and the last glass was far better than the first.

Pretty floral perfume. Berries. Very tart. Would love to revisit in a few years.

The nose is incredible: roses, violets, bright red fruit, white pepper, soil. There is definitely a refined tannic structure, yet present with good acidity running down the sides of the mouth. The palate is similar to the nose with a bit more dry stoney earth dusting upfront and more red fruit on the back end. There’s life left in this bottle. I wish I had more.

Crazy elegant. Can’t wait to try this bottle in 5-10 years.
