A bit past its peak in my opinion. Good acidity and integrated oak, cherries, herbal, tobacco, quite bright but the attack falls flat and the finish is short.

Beautiful integration of wood . Many faceted dark cherry, chocolate, lots of herbs. Evidently, 2015 is the 50th year of production. Great deep nose…. Tannins still grip a bit after hours out. It rides that middle ground of carob/cocoa.
Some violets on the palate. Usually great value. Love it.
