Golden straw color, light petrol on the nose. Lifted and airy texture on the palate from sandy silt loam vineyard soils. Quite dry - but not quite bone dry - with 2g/L residual sugar. Honeysuckle, acacia honey, apricot.

My favorite Finger Lakes producer. Forge makes a delicious single vineyard offering here from the famous Breakneck Creek vineyard. Wonderful notes of apricot, peach, lemon, curd, and white flowers. Laser like acidity and a prominent mineral back bone. One of the standout Rieslings from the Finger Lakes in 2022.

This is the Breakneck Creek, not the Willow. White blossoms and honey on the nose. Rounded, and the citrus and acidity comes in later on the palate, and then a minty tail.

Good but we preferred the others. This one was not sav Blanc notes and harsh. Skip.
