Aged 10 yrs on the lees. Just released. So opulent with super toasty notes and good viscosity. Slightly honeyed

Always incredible. Still got that cut oat and rich Apple profile, but a more honeyed expression with the 10 years of bottle age.

1999- medium orange color , off dry with a fairly dry finish. Apricot, stone, and enough acidity to carry it. Fun for the end of a meal.

Way, way WAY too comatose to get into some verbose description of this wine, but goddamn do I like it.

Dried caramelized apple, toasted granola with honey and lemon zest. Rich mouthfeel and finely structured mousse countered with uplifting acidic tug and melting mineral. Excellent length. This is such an insane value. An unique expression of the Loire that can compete with most grower champagne in quality.
