Look it’s beautiful and elegant, befitting their top cuvée. But from this part of the world I look for a more wild and untamed character, more sauvage and less refined. This is great wine but left me strangely unfulfilled. But I will leave the expert commentary to the queen of northern Italy @Adriana Fabbro

Notes of anise, dried mushroom, roses and black berry dominate the nose. The wine had developed into a silky style in the mouth with a nice finish that still shows some good acid

Initial nose is light and pure. Palate also light, little fruit and slightly bitter. Will breath abit first

May 4, 2019. Schools almost out party wine number 2. OMG! Teroldego. Big, wonderful wine. Just as Ben Parker describes it. Amazing. Wish I had a case.. Purchased TTW Oct 2018 tasting.

Dark, rich purple color. Good legs. Excellent nose of brambly dark black and purple fruit, with some earthiness as well. Full bodied, rich and luscious, with layers of dark fruits, and some lovely mellow tannins. Some earthiness as well. Nice long finish. I would guess this is in it's prime. Delicious!

Black core, ruby rim. Lovely smoky aromatics, leather, bramble, spice, minerality too. Juicy and fresh, a very fine cool-climate mountain red; lively, focussed and clean. Concentrated yet elegant and nervous. A great surprise.
