First wine night back in Australia, but still talking Italian (first wine watching Sinner's win in Melbourne)
The white is spotless
The one and only dry nosiola to this level
If you put this bottle covered in a Burgundy tasting it wouldn't be easy to spot

Elegant, whispered, still young and long

Super clean, no sulphites
Fermented in amphora

Sweet florals, spice, lemon curd and mint create a thoroughly inviting bouquet as the 2021 Nosiola Fontanasanta opens in the glass. This is soothingly soft, traversing both savory and sweet. It's perfumed, like liquid flowers mixed with the essence of apple as it flows across the palate. The 2021 finishes savory, nearly salty in style, with lingering citrus hints. (Eric Guido, Vinous, May 2023)

This wine would deserve more reputatuon in my personal opinion.
If you don't know that it ages in clay amphora on the skin for quote a long time, if you don't know that is biodynamic and that altogether there very minimal intervention in the whole process you would just go...WOW!!! It reminds a Chassagne-Montrachet for elegance and balance, a good one i mean
Complexity is there, easy drinking and potential to age. Quite long too. What more do we want? Price for the quality is fair, not cheap, bit not overly expensive(arou d 40euros served in a restaurant)

Floral-laced peaches and apricots mix with an air of sweet smoke as the 2019 Nosiola Fontanasanta opens in the glass. This soothes with soft textures, while it also excites with a core of citrus-tinged acidity and salty minerals. The 2019 takes a turn toward the tropical spectrum through the finale, leaving hints of kiwi and young mango to linger. This is a very pretty and energetic vintage for the Fontanasanta Nosiola. (Eric Guido, Vinous, June 2022)

An adventure worth taking. Sometimes oxidation like this strangely suspends a wine for a good period of time (Chaves from 70s) sometimes not.

Oxidative / nutty / bruised apple initially, harsh edges softened pretty quickly, opened up into citrus, white flowers, apricot, waxy body with nice cut. Enjoyed with one of my favorite Italians @Adriana Fabbro

Leesy, bright sharp finish. Delicate florality, almost-ripe apricot. Demure. Lovely

In a world where skin contact whites seem to be vying for the title of orangest, haziest, apricottyest, the elegance and grace in this wine are a reminder of the possibilities. Aged on the skins in amphora, the result is a bright, orchard and citrus mountain stream with an amazing texture that never once makes you think orange wine. From magnum, which seems to me to be the right serving size for two.

VA, hint of petrol, glue and nail polish, funk, a bit of brett, pleasant, clean, orange wine, probably the favorite of the wine, complex, funky and great integration
