Blue fruited and some frizzante. Short on the palate. Not my bag

Lots of cranberry and cherry with brisk acidity and a fair amount of tannin. Better with some air, where the brambly fruit softens. For €17 this is great stuff.

Popped and poured; better on Day 2. Black berries, blueberries and curaçao. A touch astringent on the nose. Dark zippy fruits on the palate with a bit of citrus. Long, delicate finish. Great with food. I would decant before drinking or hold in the cellar for a few years.

Always a favorite. With air the edges tame, but either way enjoyable

Elisabetta Foradori is on a very short list of natural winemakers who have a history of what I’d call dedicated unrecklessness. It isn’t enough to make wine without anything added or taken away. The best natural winemakers make calculated decisions. And she does with her beloved Teraldego- what a grape!

It’s elegant like Pinot but meatier. Pillow plush. There are dark berries, nothing eccentric. Simply restrained, deliberate, conscious, winemaking.

Excellent after a little time with air. Dry (almost Sancerre like) at the finish. Cranberry, strawberry… very nice and highly recommend.
