This #PinotNoir is tremendous. Opened 1/6/16 and still too early. Lots of time to develop.
Great color. Dark + but not opaque. Zero trace of alc on meniscus.
Unfined & unfiltered, the bottle was simple but opened over a few hours. The nose showed fine blue flowers. Forest floor lifted and deep potent raspberry fruits showed. Subtle spices.
The flavor is layered and continues to change. Great structure and moderate tannin from MLF management. Dense to a vibrant raspberry. Not cola, but stewed cherry. Bing cherry.
This wine will last. I'm grabbing another bottle!

Pale ruby color. Aromas of cherry, cranberry with a hint of forest and truffle. Nice, smooth Sonoma County Pinot. Good cherry flavors, spice and black tea.
