Great nose. Huge cherry. Spice, mulberry. Deep. Palate is elegant with sweet cherry fruit and lovely soil and mineral tones. Nice dusty tannins. Sweet fruit really gets intense after 30 minutes. Very complex already. In a great spot.

Incredible purity and elegance. Cherries on top of more cherries, with a fine, tense mineral core. More St. Aubin than Volnay, if I were pressed for comparisons. Ridiculous value here. #florentgaraudet #monthelie #pinotnoir #cotedebeaune

Elegant and complex with juicy red cherries and terrific structure. Balanced and very pure with such a deft hand. Very long. A great drink today.

Crunchy just-underripe Boysenberries, loamy humus, and wet greens of the kind that might grow between the row. Nice villages the primary virtue of which is delicious drink ability, and the secondary is just typicity. It's so Burgundy.
