I’m picky with my Rosé because I’m not a big fan but this one is pretty good! Evidently lavender flourishes in this region along with the Mediterranean Sea which influences this wine. Paired great with a shrimp boil on this beautiful day!

A pleasant, soft on the palette Rosé - subtle young red fruits along with a low to medium citrusy finish. Good glass!

Watermelon, red cherry and Strawberry. Just a touch of citrus. Big slate component. Steely acidity. Brilliant salmon color. Nice pallet cleanser. Complex and refreshing.
