Oregon Pinot Noir

Cherry, currant, raspberry, cranberry, flint, blackberry and oak. Light-bodied and soft tannins.

This wine smells delicious - a bright cherry overlay with raspberry and coffee notes, plus a generous supply of earthiness. The palate holds plenty of red fruit with mocha, tea and a hint of vanilla in the flavor profile. The tannins are gentle and the sip is quite smooth. This is a lovely example of Oregon Pinot, one that bridges the gap between California and Burgundy very well.

If there were wildfires in 2021, I taste them in here. Underneath the smoke notes are stifled berries and Oregon cherry notes hoping to sing. Finish drops quickly from fruit to tannic, leathery notes. Disappointed.

I liked but Max, not so much.

Pale ruby in color; cherries, cloves, and hibiscus on the nose; high acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like raspberries, strawberries, and dried leaves with a long finish. Nellie says it's ok. I like it. It's easy to drink and it's a good example of an Oregon Pinot.

Average Pinot. Unremarkable.

2021 - really good cheap Pinot.

Not sweet not bold

Dry. Flavors of red cherry, underripe strawberry, herbal. Soft, supple tannins.
