L'ho aspetto perche Montepurciano daburuzzo e' il nostro favarito. Ma sento un' po meno qualita anche non lo posso aspetto troppo perche il basso prezzo cinque dollari in Giappone. Era meglio piu a giorno secondo del primo.

Aug 23rd, 2025I’ve never been the biggest fan of Montepulciano wines. This one was one of the better ones I’ve tried. It is heavy on the tannins and very acidic. It is well described as being fragrant though I would say the cherry notes are overshadowed by the smoke, acid and tannins. Not my cup of tea

Solid table wine. Some cherry and jammy overtones. Lighter body. Not a very long nor tannic finish. Enjoyed it more while drinking it before dinner. Hot Italian sausage with peppers and onions and a marinara sauce. Solid but nothing special.

Lovely. Over the course of the last hour I have gotten cigar, menthol, earth and delicious black fruit.

Wow! What a wine. Great balance, fruit balanced with earthy undertones. I bought this at Rodman's in DC for a song. Getting a case as this is one of the best value wines Ive ever had.
