Wow… initial mouthful of spice compliments a bouquet of peppercorns, gives way to a complicated dry blend. The tannins are here but subtle and brittle, a very strange but delicious experience. — 9 months ago
Dry full bodied and bold start. Tannins pack a good kick but finished a bit weak. Doesn’t linger but still drinkable on its own. I would buy again especially given the price at Costco. Definitely is better if given time to breathe. — a year ago
Strong start medium body and a wonderful lingering finish. Tannins are present through to the end of the ride. Great sipping wine as is. — 3 months ago
Wonderfully balanced, dry through and through. Medium body start to finish with persistent tannins to the end. — 9 months ago
Tannins right up front. Medium body medium finish. Doesn’t linger but that’s ok. Still a great sipping wine all on its own or paired with something salty, savory, or grilled. — a year ago
Great robust and dry start, medium body; but, tapers down to a more mellow finish. Still very enjoyable however, great sipping wine. — 2 years ago
Nose is earthy like damp dirt after a rain. Bold start with a body that slightly lingers. Taste is hard to pin point but quite enjoyable. Dryness is balanced. Leaves you wanting another sip. — 6 months ago
Strong tannins right up front and a medium body with a short decent finish. Pleasently astringent on the nose, not at all off putting. Not the best I have had but certainly far from the worst. Enjoyable on its own if you drink it before it airs out too much. — a year ago
Nice dry classic cab beginning to end. Nice full body with a lingering finish. Good enough to stand alone on its own or pair with some grilled meat. — 2 years ago
