Delicious #centralcoastwine #pinotnoir #ednavalley #fieldrecording I was happily surprised by this wine, the label made me think it was going to be frivolous and more interesting on the outside than on the inside, boy was I wrong! It's a fantastic PN with a harmonious balance of youthful red fruits and refreshing acidity with a medium juicy body and perfectly ripe.

2013 pinot noir from Edna Valley, way better than its price tag. Red currants, plummy fruit, carries its alcohol well. Very tasty, easy to love.

This is definitely one of the youngest (2012) Pinot's I have tried. This wine has intrigued me so that I ran 35 miles just to pick up a few bottles of this 400 case bottling. On the nose I am getting some good red fruit, strawberries, raspberries, a hint of smoke and a bit of spice. Oh myyyyy! I swirled this in over my palate and it has a big full mouth feel. Great red fruit, the same as on the nose. A nice mocha and some oak. The acid is very nice and it lasts a good long while in the mouth. For such a young Pinot I am loving this now and I can just imagine what it will be when it grows into the wine it is supposed to be.

Big flavor, maybe a little too big. Plum, leather, cigar smoke, vanilla

Fruit forward and surprising light. Works well for a nice summer day or while cooking.
