Freddo is meant to be served chilled, the label lettering turns from white to blue once the right serving temperature is reached. It’s a playful, dry, light bodied Sangiovese with a nose of cherry, roasted tomato, and dried flowers. The palate is bold with substantial tannins and more cherry, plum, and red currant. A super fun summer red.

Aug 27th, 2024Drinking with Josh, Anna, Hanna, and Vandan. Bottle #2. The concept here is exciting. Color is typical to sangiovese and the nose is too. But there are small bubbles and it is brighter than expected. This is great, would drink again.
