A punchy, organic Nero D’Avola. Quite grapey when opened. Certainly lighter & airier than its typical brothers, as Mr. Asimov noted. Same maker as the white I recently reviewed. Kind of same light style connects the two, at least Sicilian style.

2011 vintage Черная смородина, спелая вишня, тутовник, лакрица, зеленый перец, свежая хвоя; в развитии абстрактная темная цветочность. Собранно, в меру напряженно и почти свежо, но довольно прямолинейно и незамысловато. Немного зелено.
