Jul 16th, 2018Inzolia doesn't get better than this. Like all Feudo Montoni wines this has a really special energy. Beautiful nose reminiscent of wild flowers and fresh herbs with underlying white peach. Crispy and mineral in the mouth with a long almond finish. A bit leaner and maybe less "sexy"than their Grillo, but excellent in its own right. 2015 vintage. Abv. 13,5%. BTW grab any bottle from this extremely reliable organic producer from the center of Sicily!

Bright and fresh like an ocean breeze. Hints of star fruit and cling peach, and yet not a fruity wine. Dry and elegant Excellent with risotto, seafood, and breakfast. :)
